Kendriya Vidyalaya No.3 is spread over in lush green campus away the hustle and bustle of the city 4 km away from Habibgunj Railway Station and 2km from Barkhatulla University near Danish Nagar. Our Vidyalaya KV No.3, Bhopal was born on 01.04.2003 upto class X with 2 sections. This is a Civil Sector School and the V.M.C. Chairman is Distt. Collector, Bhopal at present Shri Nikunj Shrivastava is our Chairman. This School developed in leaps and bounds. Gradual year wise expansion in classes and sections leading to present status: We opened Secondary Section with Science Stream on the public demand during the session 2004-05. Due to the over whelming response from the public, though we have space constraints we opened the second shift from 10.09.2004 with separate staff and office on accommodation sharing basis . At present we cater to the needs of 1114 in I Shift including Commerce Stream and an additional section in Science Stream that commenced during this academic year and & 818 students in II Shift up to class X.
